Well, as I have told at the #zeta irc channel, the game miss music and it doesn't go fullscreen.

Full screen is easy ... just open a Terminal and go to the .bin subfolder in Heroes .. start the game with "heroes -F"
About the music ... I'll try to look into that ... thnx for reporting!
