I'm sorry to have been neglecting you all for so lang ... but as my previous post already mentioned I have been cought up in lessons and recently changed job due to the lessons I took, I am now teaching network adminstration at a local school nearby, I also just recently became a grandfather to our very first grandchild "Eveline" witch made us very proud of our own daughter and her friend! So far for me. ;)

Biggest news lately was the release of Haiku's alpha 1! Yes they finaly made it and it has been worth the wait!!! Grab your copy of the ISO (comes with an installer or a Live Session) from http://www.haiku-os.org . Congrats to all the guys (and their backups) for the development en keeping our beloved OS alive!

Another news that has hit the street was the event at Dusseldorf where the alpha 1 was the talk of the day amongst other things as you can read on ICO (thanks Daniel!) and on Haiku's blog (thanks Francois!), pictures from the day can be found on Picasso's album from Mark Erben !

I'm sorry I couldn't attend this time, although I already made plans to head over there with Jixt (BeBUG/PhotoGrabber), our grandchild felt different and thought I should stay at home. ;) Hope to be there next time.
