Just a small call for some translations for Tuxmath, on their site they released 1.5.8 today (already compiled here but I'm waiting for some translations to put in) witch fixes gettext, some icon things etc. (compilng should work out of the box on any BeOS based system now). The post is meant as a call for translators as you have read already, I've done the dutch translation, so far all of you out there ... grab the file "tuxmath.pot" translate it into your own langluage and save it as "your_locale.po" file (for dutch this was nl.po). You can mail the files to me (Begasus athere skynet dothere be) or to the guys at http://tux4kids.alioth.debian.org/ Translating this great educational game is a very good thing for our children if you ask me ... it helps them develop math skills in a playfull way. |
